Today's Meditation - Psalms
Psalm 37:1-9
The key phrase is “fret not thyself” – found in verses 1, 7, and 8. There are so many things in life that cause us worry, doubt, and fear. One of the most frequent commands of or Lord Jesus Christ was “Fear not,” or “Do not be afraid.” The formula for that being true in our hearts is found right here in this wonderful psalm. In fact, there is a four-point outline that you can follow in verses 3, 4, 5, and 7.
Verse for Meditation: Verse 4 – “Delight thyself also in the LORD; and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart.”
