Today's Meditation - Psalms
Psalm 5:1-6
The “morning” is usually the best time to meditate on the Lord and to pray. We need to start the day right. David knew that although the Lord hated the workers of iniquity, He took no pleasure in wickedness. His meditation was motivated by this attribute of our Lord. What a wonderful reminder at the end of verse 3 – “and will look up.” Yes, let’s keep looking UP, not at the circumstances around us!
Verse for Meditation: Verse 3 – “My voice shalt Thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto Thee, and will look up.”
