Psalm 4:1-8
David gave us all good advice in this Psalm when he listed the following commands in his plea to the sons of men: “Stand in awe” “Sin not” “Commune with your own heart” “Be still” “Offer the sacrifices of righteousness” “Put your trust in the LORD” These simple, direct commands reveal the one who is “godly” whom the Lord has separated for Himself and His own use.
