Today's Meditation - Psalms
Psalm 25:1-7
This is a wonderful prayer for every one of us to pray daily. To “lift up” one’s “soul” is to direct our hearts, desires, and needs to the only One Who can do anything about it. The key to an effective prayer life is found in the simple words of verse 2 – “I trust in Thee.” Our complete confidence in the Lord will drive us to our knees often as we cry out for His help and power.
Verse for Meditation: Verse 5 – “Lead me in Thy truth, and teach me: for Thou art the God of my salvation; on Thee do I wait all the day.”
