Today's Meditation - Psalms
Read Psalm 69:16-24
There is only one course of action to take when you are threatened and surrounded by that which attacks and undermines you: Cry out to God, and seek His deliverance and revenge. Do not try to take matters in your own hands (Romans 12:17-21). The clear reference to our Lord’s suffering on the cross is found in verse 21 – quoted in Matthew 27:34. He has already been through it – trust Him to know and care.
Verse for Meditation: Verse 16 – “Hear me, O LORD; for Thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of Thy tender mercies.”

- The call to the Lord for His mercies – verse 16
- The cry for deliverance – verses 17-18
- The comfort that was lacking – verses 19-21
- The confidence he had in the Lord’s wrath and judgment – verses 22-24
Verse for Meditation: Verse 16 – “Hear me, O LORD; for Thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of Thy tender mercies.”
Today's Prayer
“I need to rest in You, O Lord, and to stop trying to solve what threatens me.”
Prayer Center
As Christians, we are called to pray for God’s guidance and wisdom. We feel it is more imperative than ever for believers to stand together in prayerful unity as the world continues on a downward spiral toward the Tribulation hour. Calamity causes people to waste huge amounts of time fixated on watching the destruction instead of praying for protection and God’s miraculous interventions.
The Bible is filled with verses encouraging us to stay focused on praying for God’s will for our lives; for the safety and wellbeing of our families, ministries and leaders; for the spiritual awakening of the unsaved so they to come to true salvation in Christ; and of course for one another and anything that the Lord places upon our hearts.
Up to the final moments of our days on earth, until the day of the Rapture of the Church, we are dedicated to be prayer warriors for the cause of Christ. Each Monday we publish prayer needs and invite fellow believers to pray.
