Today's Meditation - Psalms
Read Psalm 62:7-12
The power and mercy of God is a wonderful treasure! As verse 8 says, “pour out your heart before Him: God is a Refuge for us.” Sometimes you don’t know where to hide – everything seems to be falling apart, and life’s circumstances are crushing your spirit and weakening your resolve to trust the Lord always. Never take your eyes off of the Lord, regardless of how difficult things may be or become! There is also a very important principle and warning in verse 10 – “if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.” Our lives do not consist of what we possess.
Verse for Meditation: Verse 8 – “Trust in Him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before Him: God is a Refuge for us.”

- The refuge we have in the Lord – verse 7
- The response we should give to the Lord – verse 8
- The realization of what is mere vanity – verse 9
- The riches we have are not the answer – verse 10
- The revelation of God is clear – verse 11
- The reward which God will give – verse 12

Today's Prayer
“My trust is in You, Lord, and I am counting on Your promises and power in my life and future.”
Prayer Center
As Christians, we are called to pray for God’s guidance and wisdom. We feel it is more imperative than ever for believers to stand together in prayerful unity as the world continues on a downward spiral toward the Tribulation hour. Calamity causes people to waste huge amounts of time fixated on watching the destruction instead of praying for protection and God’s miraculous interventions.
The Bible is filled with verses encouraging us to stay focused on praying for God’s will for our lives; for the safety and wellbeing of our families, ministries and leaders; for the spiritual awakening of the unsaved so they to come to true salvation in Christ; and of course for one another and anything that the Lord places upon our hearts.
Up to the final moments of our days on earth, until the day of the Rapture of the Church, we are dedicated to be prayer warriors for the cause of Christ. Each Monday we publish prayer needs and invite fellow believers to pray.
