Today's Meditation - Psalms
Read Psalm 51:14-19
Repentance means that we stop doing what is wrong. When it is real, there is a broken heart. Sacrifice is good when the heart is right; when it is not, all the busyness we can create will not satisfy God – we cannot hide from Him. Praise is difficult when sin is being entertained and kept in the mind and heart of the believer. May our hearts be broken before God, and may our praise come from the cleansing which God alone can bring.
Verse for Meditation: Verse 17 – “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, Thou wilt not despise.”

- The deliverance he needed – verse 14
- The dependence upon the Lord that he wanted – verse 15
- The desire of God as it relates to sacrifice – verses 16-17
- The deeds which bring the pleasure of God – verses 18-19

Today's Prayer
“Lord, I want to praise You and tell everyone I meet how wonderful You are!”
Prayer Center
As Christians, we are called to pray for God’s guidance and wisdom. We feel it is more imperative than ever for believers to stand together in prayerful unity as the world continues on a downward spiral toward the Tribulation hour. Calamity causes people to waste huge amounts of time fixated on watching the destruction instead of praying for protection and God’s miraculous interventions.
The Bible is filled with verses encouraging us to stay focused on praying for God’s will for our lives; for the safety and wellbeing of our families, ministries and leaders; for the spiritual awakening of the unsaved so they to come to true salvation in Christ; and of course for one another and anything that the Lord places upon our hearts.
Up to the final moments of our days on earth, until the day of the Rapture of the Church, we are dedicated to be prayer warriors for the cause of Christ. Each Monday we publish prayer needs and invite fellow believers to pray.
