Today's Meditation - Psalms
Read Psalm 49:6-13
The problem of money is a serious one. Paul wrote in I Timothy 6:6-10 about the need of contentment and that the “love of money” is the root of all kinds of evil. Trusting in your wealth is a foolish dependency. I Timothy 6:17 tells us not to “trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, Who giveth us richly all things to enjoy.” Your greatest need is definitely NOT more money! It is to trust the Lord no matter how much you have or don’t have.
Verse for Meditation: Verse 12 – “Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish.”

- The impossibility of buying eternity – verses 8-9
- The inheritance left to others – verses 10-11
- The inability of avoiding death – verses 12-13
Verse for Meditation: Verse 12 – “Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish.”
Today's Prayer
“Lord, help me to use the financial resources I have to give You glory, and never to trust in them.”
Prayer Center
As Christians, we are called to pray for God’s guidance and wisdom. We feel it is more imperative than ever for believers to stand together in prayerful unity as the world continues on a downward spiral toward the Tribulation hour. Calamity causes people to waste huge amounts of time fixated on watching the destruction instead of praying for protection and God’s miraculous interventions.
The Bible is filled with verses encouraging us to stay focused on praying for God’s will for our lives; for the safety and wellbeing of our families, ministries and leaders; for the spiritual awakening of the unsaved so they to come to true salvation in Christ; and of course for one another and anything that the Lord places upon our hearts.
Up to the final moments of our days on earth, until the day of the Rapture of the Church, we are dedicated to be prayer warriors for the cause of Christ. Each Monday we publish prayer needs and invite fellow believers to pray.
