This reading plan will make it easy and fun for you to read through the entire Bible this year. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Each day’s readings will include selections from both the Old and New Testament, reinforcing the incredible unity of the Scriptures. Perhaps most important, you will focus daily on the life of Jesus by reading a portion of one of the Gospels every single day of the year.

Today's Meditation - Psalms

Read Psalm 95:6-11
The call to worship is a reminder to every believer of what our Lord really wants from us. There is also a warning here about hardening our hearts as the children of Israel did in the wilderness. The results were serious as a generation could “not enter into My rest.” Many of us fail to have that wonderful position of “rest” in the Lord; we are troubled, and filled with anxiety, and a part of the reason is the failure to focus on the Lord, and to worship Him.

1. The call to worship – verse 6
2. The character of our God which draws us – verse 7
3. The cause behind the lack of worship – verses 8-9
4. The concern of God over His people – verse 10
5. The consequence which they faced – verse 11

When your focus is on your world and the things that you need, it is simple to complain and be upset over what you think God has done or is not doing. Our lack of worship is the issue, and accompanying that – our lack of submission.

Today's Prayer

“In the midst of all I face, and what I desire from You, help me, Lord, not to forget that You want my worship and praise.”

Prayer Center     
     As Christians, we are called to pray for God’s guidance and wisdom. We feel it is more imperative than ever for believers to stand together in prayerful unity as the world continues on a downward spiral toward the Tribulation hour. Calamity causes people to waste huge amounts of time fixated on watching the destruction instead of praying for protection and God’s miraculous interventions.
The Bible is filled with verses encouraging us to stay focused on praying for God’s will for our lives; for the safety and wellbeing of our families, ministries and leaders; for the spiritual awakening of the unsaved so they to come to true salvation in Christ; and of course for one another and anything that the Lord places upon our hearts.
    Up to the final moments of our days on earth, until the day of the Rapture of the Church, we are dedicated to be prayer warriors for the cause of Christ. Each Monday we publish prayer needs and invite fellow believers to pray.
