This reading plan will make it easy and fun for you to read through the entire Bible this year. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Each month’s readings are based on 25 days worth of readings, which means you get several free days if you ever fall behind. This makes reaching your goal a lot more possible!
Each day’s readings will include selections from both the Old and New Testament, reinforcing the incredible unity of the Scriptures. Perhaps most important, you will focus daily on the life of Jesus by reading a portion of one of the Gospels every single day of the year.

Today's Meditation - Psalms

Read Psalm 69:1-6
The heart of David is being exposed in this wonderful psalm, filled with Messianic applications that are quoted in the New Testament. His grief over the attempts of king Saul and his men to kill him, and the many tears which he shed are laid out in front of all to see. We can identify with his pain, but until you have been in similar circumstances, the depth of it is difficult to understand. The only real comfort at a time like that comes from the Lord Himself.

His desperation over what was happening – verses 1-2
His distress was deep and painful – verse 3
His discouragement over the way he was being treated – verse 4
His description of his own sins – verse 5
His dependency on the Lord – verse 6

In times of deep pain and grief, we must see our circumstances in the light of God’s plan and purpose. He knows and He cares, and He will accomplish His purpose in His way and in His perfect timing.
Verse for Meditation: Verse 1 – “Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul.”

Today's Prayer

“I depend upon You, O Lord, no matter what happens in my life.”

Prayer Center
As Christians, we are called to pray for God’s guidance and wisdom. We feel it is more imperative than ever for believers to stand together in prayerful unity as the world continues on a downward spiral toward the Tribulation hour. Calamity causes people to waste huge amounts of time fixated on watching the destruction instead of praying for protection and God’s miraculous interventions.
The Bible is filled with verses encouraging us to stay focused on praying for God’s will for our lives; for the safety and wellbeing of our families, ministries and leaders; for the spiritual awakening of the unsaved so they to come to true salvation in Christ; and of course for one another and anything that the Lord places upon our hearts.
Up to the final moments of our days on earth, until the day of the Rapture of the Church, we are dedicated to be prayer warriors for the cause of Christ. Each Monday we publish prayer needs and invite fellow believers to pray.
